आजको कान्तिपुर पढनु भयो । अस्ति हिमाल खबर् ले अदालत मा घुश को खबर अडियो समेत छापेको थियो । आज फेरी कान्तिपुर् ले फेला पारेछ, अर्को घुस माग्दै गरेको सी डी ।
साथी उमेस ले भनेजस्तो अरु देश मा भए प्रमाण सहित को यो मुद्दाले ठुलै हलचल ल्याउने थियो होला । तर नेपाल मा भने साच्चै छाया मा परेको छ यत्रो भष्ट्राचार को कुरा ।
समाचार यस्तो छ ।
काठमाडौं महानगरपालिका- १५ का २८ बर्षिय शाक्यले आफ्ना जग्गासम्बन्धी दुई मुद्दाहरूको सिलसिलामा भएका कुराकानीलाई सीडीमा रेकर्डिङ गरेका छन् । यो सीडी प्रधानन्यायाधीश दिलीपकुमार पौडेललाई पहिल्यै दिइसकिएको छ । उनी केही दिनयता उक्त विवादमा तानिएका छन् ।
शाक्यले आफ्ना बाबुलाई जग्गासम्बन्धी मुद्दामा न्याय प्राप्त नभएपछि अदातलमा व्याप्त भ्रष्टाचारलाई सार्वजनिक गर्न सीडीमा रेकर्डिङका लागि बाध्य भएको बताए ।
यहाँ उनीहरूबीच भएका वार्तालापका सम्पादित अंश प्रस्तुत गरिएको छ-
कुराकानी एक
राजेश – हेलो..हेलो
वैकुण्ठ – हेलो ।
राजेश – वैकुण्ठ सर हो ?
वैकुण्ठ – हो ।
राजेश – नमस्कार सर । म भाइराजा शाक्यका छोरा बोल्दैछु हजुर ।
वैकुण्ठ – ए भन्नु भन्नु ।
राजेश – खै हिजो पनि साधारण तारिख दिनुभयो तपाईंले ।
वैकुण्ठ – हो ।
राजेश – किन होला सर ।
वैकुण्ठ – किन? बाले भन्नुभएन?
राजेश – होइन, उनीहरूको तामेली राम्ररी भइसकेको छ त ?
वैकुण्ठ – तपाइं अफिसमा आउनु न म फाइल राम्ररी देखाइदिन्छु ।
राजेश – अस्ति फेरि मनिराजले पनि तारिख गुजारेको थियो ।
वैकुण्ठ – कहाँ गुजार्नु ? हाम्रो त्यो दिन न्यायाधीशहरूको बिदाइ थियो क्या । महेन्द्र उपरजिस्ट्रार भन्ने हुनुहुन्थ्यो । उसको बिदाइ थियो । हामी माथि गएका थियौं । ऊ आएको थियो । मैले भोलि आउनु भने र हिजो तारिख देर पठाइदिएँ । बिदाइ थियो । तपाईंले त्यो राम सिंह सुब्बालाई सोध्नु न ।
राजेश – म्याद त राम्ररी तामेल भएको थियो ।
वैकुण्ठ – यहाँ अफिसमा आउनु न म सबै कुरा कसरी फोनमा बताउनु ? मेरो घाँटी पनि दुखिराखेको छ । अफिसमा आउनु न ।
राजेश – हवस् सर ।

राजेश – भोलि एक लाख लिएर आउने हो ?
राम – हो, त्यति नै एक लग्यो भनेचाहिँ हामीलाई पछिचाहिँ विस्तारै कुरा गरेर मिलाउन सजिलो हुन्छ ।
राजेश – मैलेचाहिँ आजको त भइहाल्यो, त्यसैले असी हजारमात्र ल्याउँ कि भनेर विचार गरेको ।
राम – असीमात्र ल्याउने विचार गरेको ? कि नब्बे ल्याउने त ? हुन्न ?
राजेश – नब्बे लिएर आउने ?
राम – अँ… असी हजार यहाँ राखौंला, दस हजार यताउता दौडन चाहिहाल्छ नि !
राजेश – हुन्छ ।

all judge are bhasrachari! I have also given ghus for the case but at last i loose it .
All are cluprit in nepal , neta, judge, businessman, king and Pm

Dear Nepal Diary
Thanks for the actual report about Harilal shreshtha.
He is not only culprit but also a killer. I was his worker in Hotel woodland in the year 93 . We have a friend , i forget his cast but his name was bhoman . He was captain in the poolside bar.
This hair shrestha is a very crezy about girls and . Most of the girls staff in the hotel were mis behaved by him.
One day this hari shrestha was trying to rape a girls who was junior staff in the restaurant . My friend bhoman saw it and rescue her from the hand of the devil.
Mr shrestha Threaten him not to tell any one, otherwise the result will be bad.
But my friend complain to polish so one day in the evening , he called bhoman for night duty.
when we found him in the morning , his dead body was in the swimming pool . I m 100 % sure that mr shrestha and his son killed him .
we had report the case to polish but they dismissed the case saying that he did suicide. The house where the hotel woodland is running , is given to Shrestha by dhirendra saha , so him power is upto the palace . so police could not do anything ..
And i forget the actual date, but shrestha was arrested accusing “abusing of foreign exchange “ , but he kept Deposit and dismissed the case.
In future , i will keep on writing about him.
I dont know to type in nepali , so i am writing in engalish. I t is difficult to expresss everything in engalish . next time i will try to write in nepali .
